Boil the corn until semi soft and bright yellow. Pull out of the water to let cool. When semi-cool place on a cooking sheet and put them under the broiler in your stove to brown/caramelize. You will want to watch the corn and turn every couple of minutes so that they don't burn. While the corn is browning, place the broccoli crowns in water and boil until they are soft. Chop the large red bell pepper into small ¼ chunks. After the corn is browned slice the corn off of the cob. Place all items in a large baking dish and mix all of the vegetables together with the ¾ cup of vegetable broth and salt/pepper to taste. Cover with parchment paper and then cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes until the red peppers are soft. Uncover and serve hot.
