Instructions

In a hot wok or a large sauté pan, add the vegetable broth and onions and sauté until translucent and slightly brown. Add the rest of the vegetables, ginger and sauté until soft, then add the noodles and sauté for 1 minute more. Don’t stir the noodles too much because otherwise they will break apart. Add the sauce and sauté for about 1 minute more. Season to taste and enjoy.
